LED halos worth it?

I'm very close in pulling the trigger on some LUX H8 LED for the angel eyes. Currently I have the GP Thunder 7500k. Just wanted opinions from those that switched from halogens to the LED's to see if it's actually worth it to shell out the $250 to switch them out or should I just use it on another mod? Thanks guys/gals!

I have the LUX V3s on my E92 and they're definitely worth it. Went through 2 sets of GP Thunders and finally decided it was time to do it the right way. No error codes and they're plenty bright.
