Loud whooshing from driver's side engine bay

This morning I was on the highway and about halfway into my trip I noticed that when I would go close to or all the way to WOT it sounded louder than normal as I accelerated.

There is a loud whooshing sound coming from the driver’s side of the front of the car and I can hear it with the windows up. It's not really a whine and when I really opened it up to see if I can make more sense of it I heard an audible dump of the turbos when I let off the accelerator.

I just had my 3rd HPFP put in about 1500-2000 miles ago and I have about 57K on the car.

I can't see a noticeable loss of power...maybe there is, but I can't seem to tell.

Anyone seen this? I did a search and there wasn't anything definitive.

Thanks!
