Hello.... Newbie in this Forum with questions

Hello I am a newbie to this forum, My 330i will be here by Jan 15, 06.
Waiting blows, but what can you do. Mine is spec'd out in the footer.

Does any one have any ideas on a cost effective way to get rid of the orange in the cornering lens of the headlamp.

I read a thread on somebody getting a shop to custom cut a tint film for the orange and blacking it out. Cool idea but im interested in the Euro look.

And hats of to the site admins, good job this site rocks

You might want to do a search as this subject has been discussed at length before.

Welcome to the forum.

Unless you like the overlays, the only other way around is to get the euro spec headlamps. Not very cost effective, but if you dont like them that much, nothing better than factory parts...

The e90 is kinda like the ring is to that cat in Lord of The Rings. Your car is "precious"! Very addictive.

judging from the pics, it seems very likely that you can expect to be pulled over by cops pretty soon, as it looks like the overlay completely covers the turn signals

Interesting observation

Interesting observation, I figured the 35% tint one would show euro and blink orange?

Can't you order the European Spec lights? I had a couple scuff marks on my E90 front light and had a bodyshop order one for replacement and they end up ordering the European spec clear light, had to return it since my car's other front light has amber on it. That would look odd, one clear and one amber..
