How much below MSRP (including options) did you pay for your 1 after bargaining, shopping, etc.? Tell us the MSRP and the discount, or just express as a percent. Also, please let us know your location.

Yep.

I got mine for nearly 15% off MSRP. That said - it was the exact colour I wanted and had only one option I did not really want (but it's nice to have.)

Indeed - plus I bought an '08 at the end of the model year after the economy had tanked. I didn't make out nearly as well as jotapeh, but I'm happy - especially since I was "forced" to get Comfort Access.

Got mine for with 4% off. 09 model, there were some lingering 08 lying around the dealership without the specs I wanted. My ride had to be placed on order.

It was a showroom floor model - quite a few options (Premium, Sport, A/T with Paddles, USB, Comfort, and of course Metallic paint..) so you could say the price was 'inflated' and 15% was really just knocking back the cost of some of those options. As well it is an '08 and I picked it up in Jan '09, so they were eager to offload it.

Yep, they were doin some decent discounts! I don't think there are many left now though. I think they're back to the standard discounts with the 09s. If there are any 08s left I wouldn't be surprised if they take even more off! Do I hear 17%?

Got 5% off dealer car on lot, at first I didn't want the sport pack but in hindsite that would have been a big mistake. Also I got more for my trade in than what I was expecting, which essentially sealed the deal in negotiations. Also due to some advice and thinking didn't get ripped on the back end warranties, add-ons etc.

Since they also paid my deposit, I got about 10% for an '08 demo. This was end of October. Totally worth it, I got options that I never would've paid for but now I don't know how I'd live with out. (I have M package, premium package and leather)

Thanks for your responses. I was a bit worried about all the 7%+ but it seems like it's mostly people who bought off the lot, bought previous model years, fully loaded, etc..

Just finished signing and I saved 4% plus misc. fees for a total savings of about 5.25%.

6.6% off msrp, so I clicked the 7% and this was back in september- deals are far better now, especially in the LA area!!!
