Guys the 24 or 48 stacking LED thing is old tech. Now they can make one LED that does the job. Is it just the look of all the dots that everyone is liking?

I agree that is old tech. They do not look like latest gen LEDs. I don't care about look of dots. Dots look can be achieved by an overlay, if its single LED and everyone wants "dot look". As long as the light brightness is there and it has a good design lens.

I dont think these are designed as clean and "pretty" as the OP but seems a step in the right direction?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Aluminiu...ht_2708wt_1091

These look to be setup all square facing and a little bit cleaner....

Nice, but the technology used in those LED lights is old and has been superseded by newer versions of LEDs.

I agree, stuff is super old! Just trying to appease the OP

I am way out of the loop on the new stuff other thank knowing Audit is making some awesome use of the newer super bright single LED's. On another note I think perfect world would be a a nice larger 2" or so bright LED with a Flat lens and an overlay to get Einsers desired effect. Where to find that? ATM im SOL

such a beautiful safety car!
i think the manufacturer had some issues with the flashers maybe thats why they were never replaced on the safety car
