removing scratches from glass

I scratched the crap out of my rear window (no details about how). To make matters worse, they're on the inside. The scratches are not deep, more like swirl marks than scratches, but I have no idea how to get rid of them.

Has anyone had any luck removing scratches from a window?

Yeah, I looked all around and not a single glass shop offers such services. I even contacted a stained glass restoration facility to see if they'd be willing to take on the challenge. They said "no".

So, its getting replaced.

You can try buffing it out. Try this:

Check the comments out for a couple of tips.

Try a tint shop. When I had my windows tinted they somehow put a few scratches on the outside when they were sizing the tint material. They were real apologetic and the next day I dropped my car off and they buffed it out. Can't even see a thing.
