Camspray 1500A

I bought a new camspray pressure washer and while using it I heard this odd noise. I went through the owners manual over and over and nothing came up. Here is a video of the noise....

it sounds normal to me.

what am I suppose to be looking for?

did you top the oil?

No it didnt tell me to do so. All it did was tell me to do a cap swap.

yeah make sure there is oil in it.
