helpful pdf for smog test

was trying to figure out the whole obd monitors thing for emissions and ran into this.

i have failed my first test cause my cat wasnt ready. flashed my car to stock and drove around. now evap isnt ready, but looks like thats okay.

Nope, I passed just fine. I was in Stage 1 of the MHD program. I had to put it back to stock before the cat would check off.
