You need to calm down Petey. Natureboy didn't really say anything at all and you kirked out at him.

Afterwards, somebody would surely follow up with an appropriate measure for getting them back together (addressing the condesation concerns) if you or anybody else who'd managed to open them didn't otherwise provide a timely "closer." It would have been just as easy to say so...thereby prompting others to either wait, or try it themselves. Coming into the conversation after the fact, and attacking somebody personally didn't accomplish anything. Any reasonable person would have reacted like longtran did. Just my .02.

So, pete....was your method any different? If so, I for one would be interested in the method you used.

Longtran: this is the most important step in getting xenons in those that didn't want to wait for their 325's. Thanks man! I know you may not care for it, but a lot of people will. Now that you've done the hard part though, why not put angel eyes and projectors in it?? I'm going to check out your DIY.

Pete: dont rain on the guys parade. At the same time, I'm curious about your method too, because I'm going to mod it with angel eyes and xenons as well.

i dont know how to retrofit the angel eyes or the projectors in. i never did any of that. it will cost me more money. i am not planning to spend anymore money on this. i might just seal it back and sell it, with out the amber lens of course. may someone with halogen headlights would like to buy it.

NOPE just don’t have time to post a DIY if someone asked sure I could’ve helped them. It’s no different from the face lift e46.

Jeez, after hearing about all the hassle that may be involved I think I'll just have a clear set sent from the UK.

But, in all seriousness. If BMW can get these things stuck together so well, maybe they should design the tiles on the bottom of the Space Shuttle.

Ok ok, sorry its the last time I'll bring it up.
