225/40/18 Squared

Will a 225/40/18 square set up work with 18x8.5 wheels? Would a different size be better?

Stock suspension
Wheels are Euro Tek lm reps ET45

I am a noob with tire and wheel sizing so the more info I can get the better

225/40/18, 235/40/18, or 245/35/18 would all work.

I would go with 235's and get a bit more rim protection from a 235 vs a 225.

I 2nd the 235 suggestion. I just got my squared 235's from tirerack this week.
