How big of a diff would 3mm make?? Is it even noticeable?

Makes all the difference in the world if you're trying to max out the tires you can fit under there. Maybe you're just barely hitting the strut and have just a little space before hitting the fender.

Its smart to buy more offset than you need and then space the wheel out more to correct for it, just in case. Because you can always add more spacers, but its much more expensive and dangerous to machine the wheels down for greater offset.

Yup, and I NEED every lil' bit of space. You wouldn't think 1mm would make that much of a difference but I rub ever-so slightly over large bumps, on the outside at the corner of the bumper/fender. I am typically ok at the track, running deep neg camber.

I did find a guy on ebay that custom makes them for about a hundo...other options is to slightly pull the corners.

I got my 3mm from ebay, they were about $30, gave me some space on my apex wheels
