Not to be a debby downer, but I optioned out a 328 to your specs on BMW.com and it came out to be $43,605 for a new car.

Never buy the undercoat, especially if its a $5000 option... Some salesman somewhere loves you.
Good luck with the sale.

A big point you forgot to mention, mr 1st-post-is-selling-something, is why you're selling a car with only 1300 miles on it.

The tax, title, gap, doc fee, etc.. are all irrelevent as the new purchaser is most likely going to have to pay those taxes & fees as well to thier jurisdiction (at least that is the case here in Oklahoma).

I wish you well in selling it, but I think its going to be a tough sell. A local dealer is selling a demo 328 coupe (2008 model, less than 5,000 miles) for $35k. Didn't quite have as many options, but it wasn't a stripper either.

This one's almost better than the 2007 Avalanche my buddy and his wife are $10k upside down in.

Hope your brother makes a ton of money.

You have an extremely generous (or whipped) brother. Good luck in the sale though.
