Really depends on the dealer. The vast majority though won't swap out the runflats and when I asked about it, my dealer refused to do it. However, I know a few people who took their cars to their dealer to install their Michelin PSS, so I know some will, but most won't.

If it's related to the use of non run-flats during the warranty period, they probably can.
