Tyre solution for a 135 on lease

I have ordered a 135i and would like to get rid of the RFT's for obvious reasons. .I recently moved near Lexington ,KY and have no clue how severe the winters are here.I am in a dilemma whether to replace the OEM tire/rim with all weathers for the rest of the year or grab a winter pair.I would appreciate if someone living nearby would throw in a piece of advice.I wouldn't mind buying both if I was buying the car.throwing 2 grand doesn't make sense on a car which I would be driving for only 3 yrs with little mileage[I walk to my office.....Bought it just to have fun].I want to try Tirerack this time.Thank you.

Did you purchase the wear and tear option with your lease?

IF not, you will most likely have to replace your tires by the end of the lease to avoid extra charges. Might as well replace them now with non-rft's and keep your run flats new for lease end. Tire rack usually has the best prices.

I don't remember taking the wear and tear on tires.I was curious which of them would make sense,buying a winter tire set or an all weather set...as I have said earlier..I would like to know the severity of winter in eastern Kentucky before i decide,Any experiences?
