Maintenance questions!!

So I have the injen dual cone intake... do I still need to change the air filters as scheduled? (I'm talking about the cones)... I have no clue and didn't give a second thought about it until I looked at the maintenance schedule lol.

EDIT: I think this is a stupid question, but I want the obvious answer**

Also, I want to change the brake fluid in my car, but I'm wondering if the brake fluid and the clutch fluid are the same and use the same reservoir? Is this true?

if im not mistaken i believe you can wash/clean them then oil the filters lightly.
