Broken Latch

I am trying to replace the black plastic latch on my rear armrest in 2009 BMW 135I Convertible, can someone help me with this? I am not sure where to look or what is called, thanks in advance.

Is there any way you can post up a pic of the latch? I have an e88 as well and I'm not sure what you're referring to...

I'd give you a photo of my car but there are two baby seats in the back.
It's the black latch right in the centre of the frame of this picture:



On the backrest, halfway up, between the two back seats.

OK, that makes more sense. You're right, it's the ski pass thru. Rubbing my head trying to figure out where the arm rest was...

according to realoem, you can buy the latch for about ~30 bucks...
