I purchased these lights for the trunk, but the product would not fit.. Has anyone else run into this problem? |

What do you mean it wouldn't fit? The plug, the actual housing? You might email somebody over at BMS.

Yeh, as crazy as it sounds.. its suppose to be plug and play, but the sizing is off and the pins do not match the holes.. I have emailed Jason at Burger, hope he has an answer..

I have them on my car and they fit fine. Great product btw. Super bright and there are even two types of plugs on the led light housing. No error codes either.
I recently bought the same sort of led lights for my e39 bmw... and i did not feel like waiting so I went with Detane German ones. quality control left a bit to be desired and I had trouble fitting them. They were even half as bright as the BMS ones. Lesson learned: wait for parts from the states next time. lol Maybe you got the wrong LED lights for your car. The e82 ones should have two types of plugs... but my car only had a mini or micro cable and not the larger plug cable that the led light has on one end. |
