I don't believe it came with hardware but I will check, for installation it would just need self tappers which can be oem or from a hardware store.

Bmw uses these screws this style for the bumper and under tray

I will look for installation guide but seems with the bumper design and the lip being flat, measuring the middle point of the bumper and middle point of lip , lining those measurements up then securing to the corners, and center with screw with washer would be all that is needed to be done, heavy duty double sided tape in the locations where the bumper touches would help as well.
