Come on now. It's tucked up in the rear subframe which makes it very hard to swap out. I'll add that it looks a LOT thicker than the version on the 135.

What's the rusty orange thing?
Don't flame me but I don't know enough about cars to off-the-top-of-my-head tell anyone what that rusty orange thing is....but why is it so rusty? Isn't this a brand new car? Look at everything around the undercarrage...spotless...why woudl they use something that's going to corrode so quick?

that's cast iron rust. Probably from just washing the car.
Even in a quality product you'd use it as you can make high tensile strength and complicated shapes relatively cheap. |

From your footprint, do I understand correctly you retro fitted ZCP shocks? If so, did that include the EDC control module?

Nice pics. For a second I thought they had catless mids. So much for wishing.

I thought I read somewhere no xenons, bare bones, no sunroof, nav and a few other creature comforts the're are not planning on having...it's lame IMO. All other M cars have all those offerings so I don't understand why they wouldn't offer those on the intial offer then make a CSL version later down the road w/o all the extras.

Awesome! I'll be going to the show next week. Any idea if the car will be open so we can check out the interior?

...perhaps the EDC shocks are on there just for the press and test cars?... so that they can soften for certain drivers?..
..I notived that a test drive on a track I did of the Caddy CTS-v coupe was equiped by the manucafctuer with parts NOT on production cars "for the safety of the customers onthe track" .... jus sayin' LOL ~Frost
