2012+ Headlights on 2008-2011?

Hey guys,

I've searched the forums and found a few threads, but I'm still a little confused. I have a 2010 with adaptive xenon light, but I was in an accident and I'd like to upgrade to the 2012+ lights with the eyebrow...

I found this thread: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=560844

but I don't know what "pre-LCI" is? Is that different than xenon? Also I read to just "go to the BMW dealership, buy the 2 pin 61130005199, put them in the plug 7 hole and jumped to plug 1. Take the new wire force thru the back of the plug that contexts to the back of the lights. Then tap it to wire connected to the one pin hole."

Can anyone tell me if ^^^ that ^^^ will work for my 2010 with adaptive xenon lights?

Thanks so much! Sorry for the noob question

LCI is facelift in BMW speak, so pre-LCI then means pre-facelift which what you have.

Yes, 2012+ adaptive headlights (and tail lights) will work on your car no problemo. EndOfAnEra has done the retrofit recently.

P.S.: Should've brought the 135i to the Hoonigan donut garage! Seen you on the channel
