the true benefit of the Alufelgen cs7's are that they are specific for 1 series offset.
The VMR VB3 are a little more aggressive in the offset. Both rims will work with stock tires. Give Elliott a ring over at **********s ... he is the man!

I hear that its not the best to use aftermarket wheels with OEM RFT, since they have a harder sidewalls and that can lead to higher risk of damage to the wheels when hitting bumps/potholes.

well my friend. that is totally up to you.
I have crap roads and run aftermarket rims on stock runflats and have had no issues. You will be more comfortable on better tires, but you will not kill the rims by any means using the stock tires.

They will fit. Not a problem. Our recommended size would be 225/40/18, 245/35/18.
