Used to live in Suffolk before joining the Marines, will be back in winter of 2011 if that counts. Actually lived in Huntington, maybe a five minute drive from the BMW dealership there. "Feels like only yesterday"

I live in Nassau but I went to highschool in Suffolk and I still have a lot of friends out there. Mostly in Deer Park and Huntington Station.

We should convince the Tristate group to come out here for a meet. Im tired of driving to Jersey...haha

^^^ tru that! a meet anywhere remotely close to huntington or nassau in general would be awesome. and antonV i think i remember you man, you have a red 1er right? i remember seeing you on 25a a while back by the intersection at 107 you were coming out of the church and i shouted, nice 1er... think you saw the 1addicts decal. i was in the blue 1er.

I live in Nassau too, but my girlfriend lives in Huntington so I'm there alot during the week..And I'm totally down for a meet if one were to go down..Just have to wait a week or 2 to pick up my 1er...Hey Brokenvert, i got mine at hassel too

You must have a great monitor if you saw my plate frame. That thing has got to go. Anyway if you dont have a serice advisor I would recommend Peter. Hes a good guy and hes helped me out with all of my issues.

Yep, that was me, lol. Just finished baptizing my goddaughter. I had to race home, so other family members wouldn't block my garage space. Don't even trust the fam around my car, lol.

Sundays are a great day for meets, since the parking lot activity is slower. I have a bunch of street spots in front of my store, and will gladly block them off with cones until the 1ers arrive.

The only problem is that is coooold as he'll. I have outside seating when the weather is nice. It make for a much better atmosphere for car gatherings. I also do a bike night in the summer in Wednesdays.

Either way, Well put something together. Are you guys in the NY CCA?

I've tried to get the local cca chapter to organize meets before at my place, with little success.

I haven't don't any auto-x's with the 135i, but I try go go to cca events. Last one was out east at the vineyards. Was a lot of fun. I won best 1 series. I was the only 1er, lol

Ive never been to a CCA event. But I went to several autoxs last summer at nassau colliseum. They are a good bunch of guys and everyone is very supportive.

Just be warned. The stock 135i understeers like crazy at autoxes, you will plow, a lot.

where are u in nassau? ive been seeing more and more 1ers around. i always speed up and wave but usually there just soccer moms or non enthusiasts. i always see a 1er parked near testerosa cafe everyday...
