Montego blue is quite similar to Le mans.

I find the matte a PITA to keep clean too You can scrub at them like a mofo and then when u think they're clean, u run your finger over them and there's STILL brakedust on there!

I'm thinking it's the textured surface harbouring more grit/grime/dust than an even glossy surface would.

haha yeah and sometimes you think is clean and then the sun hits it on a certain angle and it is brake dust galore too

I have resort to waxing it every now and then - makes it easier to clean it every week.

Price does vary on quality and experience of the company. With that said, I paid $75 per wheel (18") for mine, sandblasted and coated in 2 layers.

The quality on Joe's wheels are second to none though.

True...What you pay for is what you get.. ( not saying anything negative about your wheels woosh.. )

My wheels are painted inside and out in 3 coats of 2 pack enamel plus one coat of primer..The finish is far superior than the OEM finish.

I paid $180 but that was including fixing a curb rash, so Joe's price is about right

Powdercoating

If anyone is interested in powder coating we outsource to a mob who do great stuff.
Powdercoating will involve sand blasting as well which thoroughly cleans the wheels and can remove small/fine scratches. A glossy powdercoat will always be shinier than paint, due in part to the surface prep as well. Powdercoating is also a very durable finish.
The only downside is turn around time can be a bit slow, however depending on your vehicle we will loan you a set of wheels... here's a Z4 we did recently:
