I still have the wheels, exhaust, performance side skirts and a few small items like the black grills and stuff. Thats about it.

Feel free to call BMW Financial to just ask them about the process. Normally they'll say I would be the one paying for the assumption fee but I'm just going to have the new person pay it directly to BMW to save time on my end of being reimbursed.

That's correct.. everyone does paperwork at same time and you don't need to have anything notarized (at least on seller side). Good luck dude
