Car Feels Bouncy

The 135i rear feel really bouncy over bumps and it's really annoying. I've even had the car lift off once in a turn and it doesnt inspire confidence. What can be done to improve this?

This is what you get on a car designed for comfortable ride on RFT tires. Lets say a big thankyou to BMW!

The suspension is really soft. It needs a damper upgrade = True. However it will still have unpredictable rear end weirdness until you replace the stock subframe bushings. I know because I tried the BMW performance suspension first without the subframe bushing upgrade. Later I went with the M3 subframe bushing upgrade and found that it improves pretty much every aspect of the handling.

You can make a good improvement with a few changes:
Conventional (Non-RFT) tires, Better dampers, M3 Front sway bar, M3 rear subframe bushings.
Its a pity because you wouldn't need to spend the time and money if BMW had done the right thing in the first place.

Subframe bushes or whiteline inserts first, then normal tyres and shocks/springs.
