Dropped something in the engine bay...
Was installing my chargepipe and I accidentally dropped one of the metal clips, from the airbox housing, into the engine bay. I went underneath the car and tapped on the underbelly, and heard it under there. Any suggestions? Or sour effects... Thanks guys

I hear adding extra parts to the engine bay adds at least 23 foot pounds of torque. I dropped a small screwdriver by the front wheel well and my my car screamed after. Took me about an hour to remove the parts to get to it...
Good luck, I wouldn't be able to drive my car at all knowing something foreign was floating around the engine bay.

I suggest you forget about it and don't lose any sleep over it.

As long as you know for sure it's not in the intake tract you're good.

second on a telescopic magnetic pick up tool if you can see it from up top. They aren't to expensive. Otherwise removing the belly panel shouldn't be too bad.

I dropped socket down in mine one time. I took a magnet and found it on the underside tray. I then took the magnet and dragged it along the bottom tray until I moved it to the drives side front wheel. I then turned the steering wheel all the way to the left. This gave me enough room to reach in and grab the socket.
