Oil Capacities for Trans and Rear End

Getting ready for the 1200 mile oil change and thought I would also do the manual transmission and rear end. Does anyone have the oil capacities for each. I'm planning on using the OEM filter and engine oil, but is anyone using anything else for the manual transmission and rear end?

As I said in that thread, I used less than two quarts of MTL for the transmission and well under one quart of 75W90 for the rear end, both Red Line products purchased on-line from JEGS. The above thread has lots of pictures that may be helpful. I found it to be simple except trying to suction the fluid out of the rear end. It needs a drain plug IMHO.
