Giz,

Didn't you just walk-in off the street and buy the car? If so, it was very unusual for the dealer to have ordered a manual for inventory. Or, did you order in advance?

Both Kuni and Rasmussen's demo cars had manual transmissions.

My SA called me to tell me that I could come in and test drive the car they just pulled off the trailer and the rest is history. They had intended for the car to be a demo.

That's actually pretty good thinking on the part of those dealers, here in Medford, every single vehicle on the lot is an automatic, not a manual to be found.

BTW, the Test Drive for Breast Cancer hits town June 1st. You guys should have your turn before then or shortly thereafter. I'm looking forward to 100 miles in a Z4 coupe.:biggrin:

Sedona makes me crazy, I've seen it in the Texas sun and it looks UT Orange but here it looks down right sexy!!

I test drove a Sedona red 135i that was also Manual .... They took it right off the showroom floor for me too.. :thumbup:

Yea, it is almost as bad as black. I swore that I'd never own another black car after my A4 and this is about as close to it as one can get in terms of keeping it clean.
