Will these tires/wheels fit a 2009 135i convertible w/ M-sport?

18” Michelin PS2 + OEM Style 152 wheels.
225/40/18 (Front), 255/35/18 (Rear)
18x8.0 ET34, 18x8.5 ET 37

If talk about for BMW E82 it's much aggressive i think it's better to put Et45 front and rear Et50 or Et45
If talk about for BMW E92 it's ok this offset 18x8.0 ET34, 18x8.5 ET 37 it's normal check this page

3 serie offset range is very aggressive on all e82 1 series. Expect a good amount of rubbing .

I have the same size tires, wheels and offset, style 162, on stock non sport suspension. No poke. It's not even flush. The rears rub on steep driveways. I plan on getting 245's in the rears.
