Help me please!!!

Hey guys,

Need some input on this one. My car has been at the preparation center (ie dock) for over 3 weeks now. I am picking it up at the Performance Center on Dec 5th. I have spoken to my dealer at least 6 times now (in the past 3 weeks), and have been told that it was scheduled to be out of the port on november 3rd, but have been given no reason it is still sitting there. My major concern here is that the VIN has not been released into the system yet, so the company that I am doing the financing and insurance with cannot get the paper work through. I need all of these papers when I fly down to SC to retrieve the car. What should I do??? :iono:

Thanks in advance guys. I'm at wits end here.

Should I suggest to him that I would cancel my order?

maybe try calling the 800# for tracking and get a live rep on the phone?

i have no idea what to tell you. how does your CA not know what is going on with your car? call the prep center?
