Good detail shops?

I know the car will have a pretty good detail being brand new, but id like to have the paint really looked at and have a new car prep done to it.

Anywhere in in Southern Germany do this and do it well?

The Mainz-Kastel BMW dealer recommended a local guy, said he does fantastic work and accepts VAT forms. If you want his contact info I can dig it up. Not sure you want to go that far though.

If its the only one that really does a good new car prep then ill be fine with it.

That is out in Frankfurt right? Might be worth it to drive out and spend a weekend in Frankfurt and have this done.

Do you remember the pricing and what is offered?

We're 45 minutes south of Frankfurt.

If I remember correctly his services range from a €40 basic wash and wax up to a €200 full interior/exterior/engine bay detailing that takes 2 days.

I'll get his contact info and post it on Monday.

Is it just a local dude who does detailing on the side or an actual company? If his work is good, it might be worth making an appointment next time we're up in BK

It's guy who has his own company. He will pick your car up on a flatbed and drop it off when he's finished.

I have his info written down at work but completely forgot to post it today. Sorry.

I haven't spoken to him personally but a coworker who speaks NO German spoke with him, and my BMW salesman sends customers to Herr Krauss and Pentagon Sales clients are exclusively American (and we all know how many languages the average American speaks

)
