ABS/Brake Pad Wear sensor brackets?
I assume you need these brackets because stock doesn't fit one of the new rear pieces, but which piece?

rear wishbones need the new brackets. The non-M brackets will not work. Good news is that they are cheap (about $5 each IIRC).
Up front, the driver's side wishbone needs a new regulator rod to keep the xenon lights level. Good news is that is is also a cheap part (around $10). |

FYI, if you order the parts from HP Autowerks then brackets will be included and I believe there is an option for adding the regulator rod. Just talk to Harold about it, he was very helpful with me.

Heh, I'm not even sure it's an option you need to mention since he sells these parts as upgrades for 135/335 he knows what is needed. I have front and rear parts sitting in my garage waiting for install and knew to check for the regulator rod (he included it without my mentioning the need). I just checked the box with the rear stuff and I have my brackets too.

Front parts are now installed!
I couldn't really test it hard because one of the rear RFT had a screw in it ( 4 new direzza star specs ordered ) so I had to switch back the winter tires for the rear. I still had the summer RFT in the front but I couldn't push the car due to this weird setup. Plus it's been raining on and off. But still, coming back from the shop I could quickly tell the difference. I'm not sure if it's due to -.75 camber or the stiffness of the bushings or both, but the car seems to turn more easily without having to turn the steering wheel as much. You can feel the road much better and be more confident while cornering. The steering is more precise. I also feel the car won't understeer as much once with my summer setup, but I'll let you know if this ends up being true once I can really push the car to the limit. It's a bit harsher over bumps due to the main bushing on the tension rod being much stiffer, but I consider it a good trade off for a better handling. Plus it's going to get much better with non-RFT. Now I'm tempted by the rear pieces... |

I placed and order for the following parts for the HP AUTOWERKS site.
(thanks Harold) I've already changed to non-RFTs. Now I just have to find a shop that can do the install, correctly. 1 BMW Rear Upper Link Kit 1 BMW Rear Guide Rod Kit 1 BMW Rear Subframe bushings 1 BMW E82/90/92/93 Front Control Arm Kit Once I get it installed I will write a follow-up on the before and after.

Yeah, I hear ya. I have my car at a tuner shop right now and am having the Dinan Stage 2 ECU upgrade installed. I met with the owner of this shop and he is Dinan certified and his shop mainly does BMW upgrades and installs. I sent him a email today to let him look over the parts so he can let me know if he will be able to do the full install and how much the labor will be. I will be taking my car back so I can test the Dinan software upgrade and then hopefully I will be bringing it back to the shop to complete the upgrades... for now
