What's under this...

Looking for a place to mount a meth pump (same one used in the BMS 2.3 gal tank.

This looks like a cozy spot (pic taken from the back seat with seats folded down and trunk cover lifted.

Question is, what's underneath this cavity to the left in the photo? Should I be worried about drilling my mounting there?

Yeah. This is right behind that, under the trunk cover. I do think that the gas tank extends back that far but wonder what kind of clearance, if any there might be to drill two short screws.

I'll take a better look once one the lift. To be safe tho, I'll probably just end up mounting onto the trunk cover itself.

Thats a shot of the underside of the car. The gas tank goes pretty far back there.

There are some mounting posts there on the one side. Maybe you can just weld/epoxy another mounting location on the other side?

Turns out I ran short on line so couldn't place the pump where I wanted so I'll have to relocate it later.

Tank is great tho. It was fun emptying 4 full gallons of boost juice into it : )

It is. If anyone is looking for a larger tank I recommend checking out alcoholinjectionystems. This is the smallest tank designed specifically for road courses. But they have tanks as large as 9 gallons plus everything else you need as far as complete systems, components and accessories.

I plan to do a full review when I have some time.

The owner is a great guy and will take the time to make sure you're getting exactly what you want/need. He even talked me out of some items of his that he felt I didn't need and gave me his reasoning,

So now I have a 2.3 gallon coolingmist trunk mount tank for sale (minus the pump if anyone is interested : )
