A way to clear previous owners info

So just bought the car CPO. 2011 135i with Nav...is there a quick way to reset everything back to factory settings and give me a clean slate? Also is there no profile settings on this year NAV system? My 2013 x3 has slots for personal profiles...

You can do a lot through the control panel, however if you want to reset everything including the ECU thn you need to take it to the dealer and have them do a factory reset. That way you will not have to teach the car your method of driving too which could take a few trips. I prefer this method over killing everything manually

the reset described above just reboots the CIC. It didn't clear anything that I could tell.
