Possible CLutch Issue?

When I'm driving normal or in a spirited fashion I always push the clutch all the way down and the shift feels knotchy most of the time. I have noticed recently when I really slam down the clutch (with good force)and shift, the shifter goes in perfect with no knotchiness at all. What does that tell me?

Car has 101k on the odometer, 2 years ago I had the clutch and flywheel replaced with an is 3 5 series clutch and ebay flywheel. I had tranny fluid replaced with Redline D6 ATF 2 weeks ago. Where do we go from here?

Garage List
Do you have a clutch stop? If so it could be placed too high (too many shims) aka you don't have enough clutch reserve.

How far off the bottom of travel does the clutch grab/start to roll the car?

When was the last time you bleed and/or changed the clutch fluid?
