Winter Tires for ED not available?
Hey guys, posting on behalf of my parents who are picking up a 235 in Munich at the end of the month.
BMW is telling my parents that they wont let them drive the car out of the Welt on its summer tires, but they don't have any options for winter tires. Apparently they've run out of the ones that they rent, not that those arent insanely overpriced. So what can they do to make sure they have proper tires? |

can't BMW arrange something?! sort of absurd they would require something they cannot provide. I say put the pressure on them to offer a solution.

BMW's solution is to change the order form and spec the car for all season tires. They have a day to make the change.

Honestly BMW should front a set of winters on the house if they can't provide rentals.
Otherwise I would just except the all season since you will need them on the car when it arrives home for winter. Then you can get proper summer tires for the summer and have two sets for future use.

Thanks for the help guys. Couldn't find tires locally, so my parents changed their order to all seasons.
Ohh well, at least they'll be able to catch the Ring on its last public day of the season |
