Probably new fenders.. I think the hood is the same. But if you can wait there are a few companies making a 1series compatible 1M bumper.

I would say modify the bumper. It will cost more to get a new fenders and have it painted.

the kersher one even though looks amazing is made out of fiberglass.

Not a big fan of bumpers made out of fiberglass but if anyone else is... awesome!

If theyre well made its not a problem. PU ones can be equally crappy depending on manufacturing process... arent ferrari bumpers FRP?

I looked into this with my dealership not too long ago and they said that it's only possible if you modify the fenders.

a few e87/e81 guys have cut up the 1M and their stock bumpers to mold it.
I assume that they cut the fender ends from stock, and lined it up as best as possible with 1M

Looked great!!

I wanna know what they used to mold/glue/plastic weld

Hey, sorry to resurrect, but I was wondering if anybody knows whether 1M parts would be a direct retrofit if I get both the bumper and the fenders. It seems like the prices for the 1M body panels are surprisingly reasonable, and I need some body work anyway... would I be able to slap on the fenders and bumpers directly or would it require some modification?

you will be able to swap the front end directly, the rear fenders are a lot more work, due to beeing welded on rather than screwed.
Other than that a 1m front end without the rear would look stupid due to the widened wheel arches.

It is not as simple as swapping just the fenders.

You need:
Front Bumper
Fenders
Wheel well liners (2 pieces each+ headlight access cover)
Headlight bracket covers
1M headlight washer reservoir
1M headlight washer system or 135I headlight washer delete
1M blinker parts sections
1M Oilcooler/2nd radiator ducting
1M bumper mesh
1M sideskirts w/ a custom chop/moulding on the rear end
