VMR V713 | Need your input please.....

Hey guys.....got these VMR wheels & tires from a fellow member for a great deal. I planned on getting new tires anyway and selling these ones that are currently on it.
But my issue is, I am not sure which tires to run on this set-up. Anyone else running a similar set-up that could give any input on which tires to go with?
Thanks!

135i Suspension
Eibach Pro Kit Springs and Dampers
No fender roll.

VMR V713 Wheels
F: 8.5 +45
R: 9.5 +45

(Current) Tire specs
Federal SS-595
F: 215/35/19
R: 235/35/19

Here are a few pics with the current set-up.

Rears are a little aggressive for my taste. You might need to stay with a 235 tire just to prevent rubbing on the fenders, unless you get a solid roll.

The wheels look great, the stretched tires look ridiculous. I mean you are going 1" up from stock wheel width in the back and 10mm down from stock tire width to make it work.
Does anyone make 8"/9" combo?

Might as well put a huge target on those wheels for curb-rash with that set-up. I don't quite understand the desire to have such a stretched look.

I couldn't agree more guys on the stretched look.....I wasn't planning on keeping the tires anyways.

Ninja2 - You are running a 215 up front, what brand, and are those fronts stretched as well?

It looks as if it would ride ok on mine, but I literally un-boxed them, bolted on, checked it out and then took them off. So no road test.......I may just pass on them and sell them, because I don't like the stretched look. I have a couple other sets, I was just planning on refinishing these in a custom color.
Thanks for your input Ninja2!

I think you will need rear offset ET50 if you want to put 245/35/19 without problem and stretched look front i think you can put 225/35/19.
The rear offset 45 8.5-9 i think its Ok.

Ya....I guess I won't know until I try it. Probably just going to put them up for sale and if they don't sell, put some rubber on them.
Thanks and if anyone else has any ideas.....let me know!

Front specs you can jump up to a 225/35/19, and the rears you may want to go to a 245/30/19. Some people have run 255/30/19 but that would likely require fender modification.

The wheels look great on your car though!

I haven't written them off completely.......just thinking it over. I wish there were some pics out there with the same set-up, may help with the decision. Oh well....

There are plenty of One series owners on here using similar setups. Tire brand and camber and sometimes just messing with the fenders a little will be issues.

You definitely want to go up to 225/35/19 fronts. Most brands should work. As low as you are, you'll probably still rub occasionally when compressing the suspension and turning at the same time.

Most run 255/30/19 rears but the brand must be a brand that runs narrow such as Falken, Toyo, or Nitto. A 245/30/19 would be needed for some brands but I don't know of any brands that come in that size. I had significantly more rubbing with 245/35s than I do with most 255/30s. I have my camber and everything worked out pretty well and my fenders are rolled and kind of pulled. I plan to try Michelin PSS 255/30/19 rears in a week or two. I bet it will rub but hopefully just with passengers, etc.

That helps a lot, thanks! I did find some Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 245/35-19 as well as in 225's, but not really to familiar with them.
