Why no love for the color "Deep Green"?

Just wondering how people here feel about this color.

I love the color. Kinda "classic BMW." Especially with the cream colored interior... At the college I went to in the early 90's they were dime a dozen...

Yea, I like the color too. But I think not that many people here are fond of the color. There's not even an official "deep green" color thread -- lol. I think "deep green" is being discriminated upon --

let put it another way, green is probably not bad in person (although have not seen it in person). But I will definitely take a deep green e90 if BMW give me $5000 off MSRP.

I love the green... Especially with a cream interior, very classic.
I wonder how the Terra would look in green? Maybe too dark or orange to compliment as well as cream does.

Can you say BRG.......British Racing Green? That's the problem - if it were on a Jag, it would be perfect......BMW - not so much. Not that it's a bad color or anything.......It's just not a German color.

Deep green is too dark! I have a Boston Green M3 sedan and is looks great IMO. The problem is, if your like me, and like to have color on your car, Deep Green does not satisfy that desire. I feel the same about Monaco Blue, just too dark.

I think the E90 would look good in the right color of green, something more like this,

as compared to this.

Unfortunately the configurator does not do metallic well, which is always the key to a good green color.

If the green were available in May, my "Drives" line would have been different. I have not yet seen one on the road or at the dealer.

I prefer the green over the red. I've seen a few red E90s now and I just don't think it looks right.

When I was initially looking at the 325i, it was before I was aware of the existence of the new model, was looking at the e46 colors - I would have chosen the grey-green on that series. But this new deep green, to me, seems ordinary, appears similar to the green on my husband's Taurus. Maybe it looks better in person, but as represented in the initial brochure/site, while not , is just uninteresting.

Something you'd have to see in person. Color choices are subjective, so I won't express an opinion.

OH MY GOD! I just realized that I posted something without expressing an opinion. I'll make up for it later - I promise.
