Yes all the holes & DISA are there.

Make sure you take off all the screws/sensors before washing. Dish soap works well and tons of rinsing

Also has pictures to compare. If it is truely from an N51 then it is a DISA manifold.

www.realoem.com
look up the part #, dealer can get them.

Or

Search around on here, few other people made threads to verify they had the correct manifold.

Looks like the correct one. Seems to have come off a x30i not a x28i n51, but regardless its the same manifold with the DISA motors.

x30 manifolds i think were used in n51 with no part number change hence why the sticker has n52b30

Yes its easy to do

With the Valves in your hands before the electronic test
With DISA in your hand gently try to wiggle the Flap- it should be tight and require good finger pressure to even move it slightly

Inspect the base of the flap for any damage, failure via age, movement

With your car, still with OLD Manifold installed:
1) get a friend/relative
2) Connect disa to any disa cable - hold Valve in hand by the motor side
3) Neutral/ car off position is OPEN
4) once the car is started into idle the valve will Close
5) Turn off car, disconnect Valve

I really dont like that tear at the bottom of flap on each one. Otherwise all those damages are okay.

Look up some industrial silicone glue that can take heat and oil.
I dont think superglue is Safe because it can brake into pieces. Same for epoxy.

Otherwise I cant say its worth to do anything. In some places you may even cut it off if you feel it wont impact the seal alot

I think it will be okay regardless. I guess it wouldn't hurt to put a small drop of some sort of bonding agent on the bottom one but i personally wouldnt worry too much.
