My vehicle arrived at port of exit, on Jan 14. The Vessel Patriot had picked up a load at Bimmerheaven Jan 16 and left the port. I entered my VIN number on the transport companies auto tracking web site, but it does not show that it is on this boat. Does anyone have a car on this boat and if so can you track the VIN and confirm that it is on the Patriot.

Give it a few days. My car was loaded onto the Elektra on Jan 12, but the WW site didn't show my VIN until Jan 16.

I assume that I am on the Patriot. I called 1800 831 1117 today and talked to an associate who told me my car had left the port. I do not see it when I plugged in my VIN but that usually takes a few days to update.

Since I am no longer at the port (and call daily) I have to assume that I am on the Patriot.

I just called the 800# and my auto has left the port. I am sure we are on the same vessel. My car will land at Charleston, and begin a long enclosed transport ride to Minneapolis.

I have replenished my olives last week, but I will need more gin!!!

My 330 is on the Patriot too and my VIN has shown on the tracking site since last week. Waiting for Charleston arrival which appears to be 2/4. Then down to FL.

Steve...Have you tracked the ship as of this morning? It looks like it still is a long way off. If you project daily progress, it seems like it will arrive WEDNESDAY!!! :mad:

I know...I was really hoping to have the car by this Friday...I guess I can forget that. Unless.....we have the wrong call numbers and there is more that one Patriot? I will check later tomorrow to see if the site changes as to the ship arriving.....Unfortunatly, I think we're right!

My car is on the Elektra, which is currently in NJ NEAT port. My guess is the Patriot has purposely slowed down as both ships cannot dock at the same time - or at least the NEAT people can't process that many cars at once. Hopefully for you guys, once the Elektra leaves port, the Patriot will pick up the pace.

Ahhhh, Patriot is still at sea. I want my car by next week but then I doubt it since I have to wait for it to get to Charleston, which is 2/4. Just 2 more weeks of catching the bus...

I doubt it. NEAT is huge. Remember it is not just BMWs on that ship. Probably Mercs, Audis, trucks, tractors cranes etc. They are not going to hold a ship up just for the BMW processor.

Probably crappy weather out at sea.

According to ship tracking site....Patriot has not moved. As of 5:30 a.m. EST, I checked the arrival in N.Y. The search by voyage site indicates it LEFT N.Y., but added another N.Y. date below that which indicates arrival and departure today as well. WTF???? It looks like however, the ship is in or has left N.Y. Hope we get our cars soon....I will track today at work.... :rocks:

Once my ship (Elektra) got close to port, it stopped reporting location. The line for "NY" in the voyage section did the same thing you're talking about. At first I had a line that read NY, arrive JAN 29 depart JAN 29. Once the ship was in port, another line appeared beneath it reading arrive JAN 30 depart JAN 30. Two days later, after the ship has sailed on it now reads as one line: arrive JAN 29 depart JAN 30.

Based on what the Elektra did, I'd assume the Patriot is already in port.
