BMW Performance Suspension Kits Where to Buy?
For those members who have the BMW PS for the E87, where did you get your's from?
This is the best deal that I could find so far http://www.bmminiparts.com/PartDetai...E-422A4B9ADF13 Although that one doesn't include springs which I have yet to find on their site (just sent them an email asking what the deal is) Bouncey M sport suspension is starting to annoy me! |

I would just go with aftermarket suspension, the PS isn't good value for money. From what I've read it's not an overly aggressive setup either. I'd go with aftermarket coilovers and put the rest towards an LSD. Just my 5 cents.

Try Dan @United or Tischer for the PS kit. The springs are ordered via your VIN. The springs will lower a M-sport suspension another 10mm or so.
IF your car is for the street this is a decent suspension - so I have read here. But IF your gonna track your car.. you should do some more research. |

Thanks for the feedback guys! Doing more research now
My thoughts are the PS would be good enough for daily driving, not going to track often and as Ian said, Syd roads SUCK. I'll see what the price difference at the end of the day is. |

I had a feel of RaihaX's car running on KW V1 tonight on the exact roads that I drive everyday. Im running on stock suspension atm and all i can say is KW's were such a improvement - comfort and performance.
Now I have to buy a set myself. |

I'm thinking of lifting my car due to Sydney's excessive potholes... After all the rain, I haven't done this much swerving (to avoid the holes) in my life... Am I living in a third world city????

IMHO just changing out the springs isn't going to do you any favours. Maybe look into a spring/shock combo? You can get a nice combination for around $600. Installation for springs alone won't be far off the cost of doing the spring/shocks. Just my 5 cents
