Does the backseat fold down 135 i?

I've got a 2012 135i sport, and for the life of me, I cannot find a lever that folds the rear seat down. . Am I missing something? Or does it seriously NOT fold down?

You feel like the latches are gonna be deep in the trunk right next to the seat (like any other car) but its actually right in front of your face while you look right past it. I've had the car for a few months and I still do that all the time
