OT:Dubai cars in London
I have always wondered how cars from the UAE, with Dubai number plates are allowed to drive around in London without having to change their number plates?

What's wrong with that? You can drive uk registered car in almost any country in the world depended on some time restrictions. I think if you come to UK with foreign plates you can drive it normally without any permit whatsoever for 100 days.

You can bring your car into the UK for up to a year privately and travel around Europe. After the year you must then register it and pay VAT.
Best, M PS: Also they have them shipped via air. Pretty cool seeing a 747 just for luggage and the 'help'. |

I've seen cars with UK and other European plates driving around Sydney.
