DISCLAIMER: Keep in mind this is not the actual template that will be used but this is more for a visual aid...also the cuts are very rough cardboard cuts and everything is not exactly accurate or perfect. Definitive will be making the final template this is just me being bored at home. The angle and fitment around the edges is not what the final product will look like.

This is the general idea I want to acheive!

Nice job! Would it be possible to make two versions? One like that and one that only sticks out about 2 inches or so? Or make it adjustable with multiple mounting holes for the bolts?

Well it's not even sitting exactly perfect like I said and the shape isn't dead on either. But the thing with making it stick out farther is kind of why we are having a delay.

Definitive is working out the bugs on that today but it's making so much downforce that it's ripping out the bolts. And like I said earlier we are not exactly selling these as much as we might have some extra material left over after mine to make a few more.

But if enough people like them I will see what I can do

If its anything like my 128 with Msport then OP is only relying on the 6 or 8 screws that run at the outermost edge of the bumper trim.

to keep it from tearing out you need to
a) make the whole thing longer (front to back) so that you can at least catch a few more screws in the center of the splash pan.

b) you need to replace the speed clips in the front for ones that are threaded for a machine screw as opposed to just a trim screw.

c) back up the bottom and top of the screws with large thin fender washers.

d) dont make it stick out so far... first you will have issues with the sligtest driveway and also you are catching way toooo much air..

my .02 god luck... still subscribed too see end results ..

It's 6mm thick AA grade lightweight marine plywood
Can;t really tell it is. It's strong, light and won't rot, only costed me $30 to make including paint.
