Epic Sydney meet - 1er + 3ers!
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=448055
Basically, I was thinking about an E90 meet, but then after a chat with Jeef Beef we thought maybe we can try for a larger turn out and combine 1ers and 3ers! Considering you guys have been on a run much more recently than E90s, you could help out on the routes, places to stop, eat and so on... No dates or anything organised yet, just seeing if people would be up for something like this. |

I'm definitely up for this: the 1ers are long overdue for a meet and cruise! The guys at e90post don't seem to leave the house much so maybe we can show them around a bit
Alex, considering you organised but then unfortunately missed out on the epic meet last time, you should chime in.

Suggestions please!
Alright, there is good interest in a combined meet for sometime end of November-ish.
Route suggestions? If someone who organised before could chime in it would be greatly appreciated. |

The last 1er's meet to Wiseman's Ferry took this route. We stopped for lunch at WF, it wasn't one continuous drive
Very good drive, but unfortunately a bit too well known now. |

1. Warragamba Dam and out to The Oaks / back via Wallacia as well as the Picton loop. 2. Bells Line of Road - need to head off around 8am to be back by around 3pm if this is the case, but a damn lovely drive. 3. Wiseman's Ferry - but can get a LOT of cars on weekends during the day (hence I drive it at night). 4. RNP - but very crowded on weekends. Sorry about my delay in replying. Done Wiseman's nearly every week for a couple of months now - including the run up to Peats Ridge and back through the F3. We've done it before, too, so maybe try something else. Bells Line would probably be my best pick (traffic and a good length run), and there are some great pubs and places along the way around Lithgow for lunch, or back into Katoomba. |
