2010 135i with EVERY available option
Found a CPO car with 7k miles and every available option to be had it has it.
What would be a good price? Also how common is it to see these cars loaded with options? Most i'm seeing don't have many options and usually only have leatherette seats. But i've only been looking for a couple weeks. |

This is probably a 50K car when new. This seems to be a fair price, but 2012 will be built beginning next month. You can hold out for a cheaper08-09. Most depreciation takes place around 36 months. Hence most leases are for three years. This means that 09s should be available in good numbers beginning early summer.

It is more rare to find a "loaded" 1 series. Just for comparison, I picked mine up two weeks ago...loaded 2011 135i convertible, 7,000 miles, DCT, for $37,600.00. MSRP $50,000. Mine is NOT CPO'd which would have cost $2000 more. You are in the ballpark with this car.

You're talking a different in the automatic gearboxes (DCT), a full year difference, and convertible vs coupe. Even giving conservative numbers that accounts to several thousand dollars in difference. to the OP, assuming of course that is not a convertible, I wouldn't pay much/if any more than 35-36. Lots of dealerships down here selling 2010s for that price or cheaper. |

Cannot give you an accurate price, I picked up my 2008 135i with 33,000 and every available option for $24.5.

I love the CA...fob normally in pocket and I just jump in, hit start, and go. In fact I find myself jumping into my Audi A4 and trying to start the car and realize...oh yeah...I'm in the old car. Plus if my 135 ever gets hijacked....once I leave the car it can't be restarted so it's dead to the thief.
I use Park assist to protect my ass...or rather my car's ass...definitely worth the dollars to keep scratches and dents off the backside ;-) |

Just to give a little comparison, because that is really the only way to judge what the market is like currently...My car was listed by the dealer @ $39,900.00 and I drove away at $37,600.XX (I told them $40,000.00 out the door...all taxes, title, license, plates, paper work fees, etc...)
Also, look at all the "for sale" websites you can (eBay, AutoTrader, Cars.com) to see what is out there and for what prices. It is a very general sampling, and they are "asking prices", but it may help with your "ballpark."

No, was sitting on a Kia lot for over a month without so much as a test drive, ball was totally in my court. Besides I was trading in my e90 335, so I had nothing to gain performance wise. From the dealers perspective I was trading down, from mine, I was trading up. Just used the entire situation to my advantage.

Honestly it's a repeatable deal. Don't strictly look at his numbers though if he did a trade in. There's lots of other variables there. But you can get close to that, especially if you're willing to entertain private party buys.
I couldn't find anyone to buy my 20k mile loaded 08 for 26k...so I can certainly see you getting my car for 25k somewhere along the line. |
