Should I attempt it, or pawn it off to a tech?

So I got my lux halo upgrade....pretty nifty can change the colour from 5000 to 1200k at the flick of a few switches, so should I do it myself never have taking off and exposing internal headlight or should i just take it somewhere. reason I ask is of horror stories I read of people opening them eves and having troubles after, not only with cover but opening up other cans of worms when tinkering in the internals, i have adaptive headlights, so just don't want to accidentally touch something I'm not suppose to.

If you aren't familiar with the hardware, have someone *experienced with BMW adaptative lights* do it for you. A simple mod shop may not understand how important it is to ensure a proper seal.
