How two repair major paint chip/cost

Hi guys,

Trying to get a sense of what kind of equipment i would need to either repaint a door handle on a E82 or get it repainted at a shop (that'll be able to match the leMans blue color exactly)

Any ideas?

Do a google search for spot blend bumper repair. The guys that do that can handle painting handles for a reasonable price.
