I sent you an email 1hot135I and no, the mods are bolt-on and do not affect the warranty...lots of posts on this forum that you can search for to verify it.

I agree Marc08EX - compared to what others are asking for comparable cars, or Coupes, I think mine has been reduced to a great deal.

By the way, I just bought a factory windscreen w/carry case, that will also be included - really helps reduce the wind in the cockpit when the top is down.

I don't think it has Sirus since it is not listed on the window sticker details; however, if someone else knows for sure please let us know.

In regards to spending more than keeping yours you are the only one that can decide; however, even thought I may be biased, I have to say that my car is priced pretty close to the trade-in value and along with the extras, low miles, most of the warranty/maintenance, etc. I think it is a good deal. I have it listed on Autotrader and in the last 2 days I have had 3 people ask questions so I suspect that I should be able to sell it soon.

Bob, if I was in the market for a 2013, I wouldn't hesitate to pick yours up. Your car is a steal at that price especially how much miles it has. Don't lower the price. It's already very reasonable and fair.

Will do; however, I expect to sell the car as-is and the buyer can decide if they want to sell the add-ons.

I actually thought it sold but someone said that no heated seats was a deal breaker...to each their own I guess!

FYI: First service is scheduled for Nov. 15th under the BMW maintenance plan, which is 1 year and 3 days after the in-service date.

Thanks, it will be here until it sells! I was told to not lower it below $39k so I really think that $38k is a good price.
